Shipping & returns

We deliver to all 27 governorates. Delivery fees and estimated times are shown at checkout once you choose your governorate.

Cairo, Giza and Qalyubia: 1-2 working days.

Alexandria, Delta and Canal cities: 2-4 working days.

Upper Egypt and remote areas: 3-6 working days.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually handed to the courier the same day.

Cash on delivery is available everywhere we ship. You inspect the parcel and pay the courier directly — no card details are ever taken online.

For hygiene reasons opened cosmetic products cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or sealed and unused, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.

Keep the outer packaging until you have checked the order.
