Privacy policy

To deliver an order we need your name, mobile number and delivery address. If you create an account we also store your email address and a securely hashed password.

We use your details only to process and deliver your order, to provide order updates, and to handle any problem with a delivery. We do not sell your data.

Couriers receive only the details needed to complete the delivery.

Passwords are hashed, never stored in readable form. Payment is collected in cash on delivery, so we never hold card details.

You can ask us to correct or delete your account data at any time by contacting us. Order records are kept as long as required for accounting purposes.
