Where it is made
Rumrealm is not made in a back room. It is produced in Alexandria by Leven Cosmetics, a specialist cosmetics manufacturer with long experience in formulating and filling skincare products.
Why the factory matters as much as the formula
A cream is only as good as the process that makes it. The same formula produced in a controlled facility and in an uncontrolled one are two different products: one holds its texture and stays stable, the other separates, or changes smell, or fails a microbial check months later.
Egypt’s cosmetics manufacturing is concentrated around Alexandria and the Delta, where the technical staff, the equipment and the raw-material supply chain sit. Leven Cosmetics has been making skincare there for a long time, and that depth is what makes a formula reproducible rather than a one-off.
What the factory handles
The whole production chain: raw-material intake and release, mixing and emulsifying to the approved Rumrealm formula, filling and sealing, labelling, and final batch release.
The cream is manufactured to the Rumrealm formula in Leven’s facility, under their quality system, and released against their batch records.
Batch records and traceability
Production runs in defined batches, and every batch keeps its own record: the raw materials that went in, the quantities, the equipment, and the date it was made.
That record is what makes a problem fixable. If anything is ever wrong with a batch, the record shows exactly what went into it and what else was made alongside it, so the issue can be contained instead of guessed at.
If you want to know about the batch your own order came from, send us your order number and we will tell you what we can.
From raw material to sealed tube
-
1
Raw materials checked before use
Incoming oils, emulsifiers and other ingredients are checked against specification before they are allowed into production. Anything that does not match is rejected at the door.
-
2
Mixed to the approved formula
The oil and water phases are brought together and emulsified under controlled temperature and mixing, to the formula held on file with the Ministry of Health.
-
3
Filled and sealed
The cream is filled into tubes and sealed in the same controlled environment, so the product is never exposed between mixing and packing.
-
4
Labelled and released
Tubes are labelled with the product and registration details, then checked against the batch record and released for sale. A batch that does not pass is not released.
